Marcin Szlasa-Rokicki specialises in individual and collective labour law, employment related disputes, as well as in data protection in employment. He is also a member of the Polish HR Association (PSHR).
Marcin advises on employment issues, including drafting employment-related documents and agreements, preparing contracts for senior management staff, internal rules, policies and regulations. His experience includes supporting clients with the transfer of work establishments, group redundancies, discrimination issues, employment related disputes, trade secrets protection, social benefits and employees’ incentives issues. He also advises on preparing legal risks analyses and due diligence reports.
His advice includes also privacy and data protection issues in relation to HR data, employee monitoring, company tools monitoring, personal data retention, protection of whistleblowers and their data. He has conducted trainings on HR and data protection issues, including trade secrets protection, employee personal data protection, whistleblowing issues, and employee monitoring, etc.
He conducted trainings on legal issues in HR, employment law and personal data protection.
He is also the author and co-author of several professional publications on labour law.
