Maciej is the founder of Łaszczuk & Partners. He advises Polish and international companies in arbitration and litigation, , as well as in the field of civil and commercial law.

Maciej focuses mainly on developing dispute resolution strategies and representing clients in arbitration and litigation, in particular in the field of infrastructural projects, construction law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and commercial contracts.

He has advised and represented parties in many high-profile post-arbitration court proceedings (for recognition or enforcement of an arbitral award, for setting aside of an arbitral award). His experience also includes advising and representing clients in investment arbitration.

He has been an arbitrator in almost 300 institutional and ad hoc, national and international arbitration proceedings, conducted on the basis of various arbitration rules, including the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, the ICC Arbitration Rules, as well as the Arbitration Rules of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.

He is an arbitrator recommended by a number of permanent arbitration courts, including Poland's largest Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.

He provides assistance as a mediator in commercial litigation.
