Michał Chodkowski specializes in labour law, social insurance law, and consumer law. Since 2006 he has advised Polish and international businesses on legal aspects of HR management and selection of forms of employment, including employment of management board members. His experience includes advising on individual and collective labour law. He advises employers on issues such as optimization of employment, conducting group layoffs, and transfers of workplaces. He represents employers in disputes with employees before the labour courts, including in cases involving termination of employment and noncompetition.
He conducts employment law training for businesses. He lectures at Łazarski University.
He cooperates with the Polish Direct Selling Association, providing ongoing legal advice on the operations of the Polish DSA, consumer law, and other legal aspects affecting the direct selling industry. Since 2016 he has served as National Administrator of the Polish DSA Code.

Developing a strategy and advising a company from an international IT group in a matter involving a manager’s breach of policies for settling business expenses
Developing a strategy, advising and representing a company from an international IT group in cases of former employees involving the employees’ breach of internal rules and procedures for participating in foreign travel
