Specialises in intellectual property law, unfair competition law and new technologies and e-commerce law. For almost 15 years, she has been advising clients from the IT, TV, advertising, pharmaceutical and food sectors, among others, with regard to agreements on transfer of copyright, license agreements, implementation agreements and other agreements related to intellectual property. She represents large corporations in disputes related to intellectual and industrial property (especially patents and trademarks), trade name infringements and unfair competition. She has also advised on trademark protection, product names and designations as well as in proceedings related to introduction into a customs area goods infringing intellectual property rights. Her experience covers also advice on personal data protection, including GDRP. She represented clients in negotiations on internet domains, also before the Arbitration Court for Internet Domains. Education and experience Agnieszka has been with Łaszczuk & Partners since 2018. Earlier for many years she worked with one of the largest Polish law firms advising on issues related to intellectual property and new technologies. Agnieszka graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2004. Beneficiary of Stefan Batory Foundation scholarship. Studied at Law Faculty of Paris VIII University within the Erasmus-Sokrates program and Centre for French Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She was admitted to the practice of law as an advocate in 2010.
